I received a mail saying, that the Strawberry Caipirinhas were a bit crystalline. I tested immediately, as it is one of my favorites. With my blender, the consistency is fine. If you have problems with crystallinity, I encourage you to let the blender spin a little extra time. If it is still completely crazy, it might be time to get a new one! I have adjusted down the amount of almond syrup added to Southern Almonde Special as it gives a better taste.

Welcome a bran new Whiskey Drink that can be found in the Whiskey section in the Long Drinks drop-down menu. It's called Whiskey Passoa and is based on Ballantines.

Blue Ocean Bar have been undergoing maintenance the last couple of days, but is up and running now. Most of the graphics are being replaced, while the recipes are being preserved. I made a special version for the Brits with milli-Litters and another version for the Americans with Ouzes. Enjoy !
