Mojito
4 cl Dark Rum + 6 Fresh Mint Leaves + 0.5 Tablespoon Sugar, Juice from a Lime + Balancen Sprite
Add the spirits and mint leaves to a 60 cl High Ball Glass with a flat bottom. Mash the mint leaves well with a Muddler (2-3 minutes), Add sugar, lime juice and fill the glass with ice and then top with Sprite and stir well.
Basil Smash
4 cl Gin + 12 Fresh Basil Leaves + 1.0 Tablespoon of Sugar + Juice from a Lemon + Balancen Lemon Soda
Add the spirits and basil leaves to a 60 cl High Ball Glass with a flat bottom. Mash the leaves well with a Muddler (2-3 minutes), add lemon juice and fill the glass with ice and then top with Lemon Soda and stir well.
Cosmopolitan
3 cl Strawberry Liqueur (Bols) + 3 cl Watermelon Liqueur (Bols) + 24 cl Cranberry Juice
The liqueurs and juice are shaken with ice and poured into a 30 cl Martini Glass.
Cassis Royale
3 cl Blackcurrant Liquor (Giffard) + 2 cl Watermelon Liquor (Bols)
+ ½ Lemon + Ballance Sprite
Liquors and Lemon Juice is added to a 50 cl High Ball Glass filled with Ice Cubes. Topp it off with Sprite and stir it good.
