Mojito

1.25 Oz. Dark Rum + 6 Fresh Mint Leaves + 1.2 Tablespoons Sugar, Juice from a Lime + Balancen Sprite

Add the spirits and mint leaves to a 10 Oz. High Ball Glass with a flat bottom. Mash the mint leaves well with a Muddler.
(2-3 minutes), Add sugar, lime juice and fill the glass with ice and then top with Sprite and stir well.

Basil Smash

1.25 Oz. Gin + 12 Fresh Basil Leaves + Juice from a Lemon + Balancen Lemon Soda

Add the spirits and basil leaves to a 10 Oz. High Ball Glass with a flat bottom. Mash the leaves well with a Muddler (2-3 minutes), add lemon juice and fill the glass with ice and then top with Lemon Soda and stir well.

Blackberry Bramble

1.25 Oz. Gin + 20 grams Fresh Blackberries + Ballancen Tonic Water

Add the spirits and blackberries to a 10 oz. High Ball Glass with a flat bottom. Mash the berries well with a Muddler (2 minutes), fill the glass with ice and then top with Tonic Water and stir well.

Cosmopolitan

1.00 Oz. Strawberry Liqueur (Bols) + 1.00 Oz. Watermelon Liqueur (Bols) + 24 cl Cranberry Juice

The liqueurs and juice are shaken with ice and poured into a 10 Oz. Martini Glass.

Pina Colada

1.25 Oz. Light Rum + 4 ice cubes (1.40 Oz. each) + 1.25 Oz. Vanilla Syrup (French) + 2.75 Oz. Pina Colada Mix (Master's Mixers) + 2.75 Oz. Pineapple Juice + 2.75 Oz. Whipped Cream

Spirits, Syrup, Mix, Juice, Whipped Cream and Ice Blend (3 minutes at high speed) and pour into a 16 Oz. Margarita Glass.
